  • Identify and apply the right online packages to quickly set up machine learning workflows.
  • Build machine learning models from scratch using Python and real-world datasets.
  • Understand the full ML pipeline from data preparation to model evaluation and optimization.

    Regression and Scikit-learn

    Working in Google Colab, the machine learning methodology, supervised learning, and building your first regression models with scikit-learn.

  2. 2

    Classification

    Building and evaluating classification models, accuracy versus explainability and the bias-variance tradeoff, with multiple assignments.

  3. 3

    Time series, unsupervised models, deep learning

    Time series, unsupervised learning, and a first introduction to deep learning, concluded with a final assignment.
